We process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us through contact forms on the website beatris.eu:

  • Full name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • Company name and Tax ID (in the case of the B2B form)
  • Content of the message and other information provided voluntarily

Additionally, we automatically collect technical data related to the use of the website (IP address, browser type, operating system, visit time) — described in detail in the "Cookies and statistics" section.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Response to enquiries sent through the contact form or by e-mail — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (actions leading to the conclusion of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller in conducting commercial correspondence).
  • B2B cooperation — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual actions).
  • Website traffic analysis and statistics — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your voluntary consent given in the cookie banner).
  • Marketing activities (remarketing, advertising campaigns) — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
  • Fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. accounting, tax) — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

  • B2B client data — for the duration of cooperation and for 5 years thereafter (tax obligations),
